Isolated Hill Limited is legally authorised to promote, sell and deliver wine at our cellardoor, via online or mail-order as defined in the New Zealand Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. Please contact us for a full copy of our Liquor Licence. It is illegal for us to sell liquor to anyone under the age of 18. It is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. If you are under the age of 18, please do not attempt to use this site to purchase liquor.
By searching on the Website and purchasing products on the Website you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Isolated Hill may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting amended or replacement terms and conditions on the Website.

Website orders delivered within New Zealand, will normally be dispatched within two working days of payment being received. Delivery is via courier and may take up to five working days to arrive. Isolated Hill cannot guarantee the precise date and time of delivery. Signature on delivery is required unless special delivery instructions are given at the time the order is placed.

Please check your wines upon arrival to ensure they have reached you in good condition prior to signing acceptance of the delivery. All claims for non-delivery, short delivery or damage should be made as soon as possible by email to black.drew@xtra.co.nz. Every effort is made to ensure the wine you order from Isolated Hill reaches you in top condition. Isolated Hill does not accept responsibility for damage caused by inappropriate handling or storage of the product by the customer. If you are not happy with the product, please contact us by email before returning any goods. Any wine you return must be packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit. Faulty product will be replaced, if possible. If replacement is not possible we will refund the item in the same form that payment was made.

We aim to provide as accurate a description of our wines as possible, but your personal perception may vary from our description.

The website will show the full range of our current vintages; however the customer acknowledges that there may be limited availability. Isolated Hill reserves the right to restrict the number of bottles of a particular wine to each individual customer when quantities are limited.

Isolated Hill accepts all payments through Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards) and American Express. All prices are in New Zealand dollars, inclusive of GST at 15%. Every purchase is subject to the laws of New Zealand.

Isolated Hill does not retain any credit card information provided by our customers. All payments are completed securely through our bank and payment provider. Our payment providers are committed to data security and use a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorised access.
